ICTU — Wield initiative leaflet and poster

The Irish Congress of Trade Unions, in partnership with FAS, set up The Workplace Initiative for Employee Learning & Development (WIELD) to help individual workers improve both their skills and their job prospects. Better skills mean better pay and conditions - for example people with computer skills will always be preferred for promotion, over those without such skills. We produced a flyer and poster with multiple languages to appeal to a broad spectrum of individuals and printed the items in a range of special colours and metallics.
